Step 1: Copy your widget code
In your live chat dashboard, open the widget settings and copy the script tag. Each website or brand can have its own code.
Step 2: Paste it on your site
Paste the script just before the closing body tag of every page. On WordPress, install the plugin and paste the server address and key in its settings.
Step 3: Test it
Open your site in a private window, send a message, and check that it appears in your chat list with the visitor details.
Step 4: Greet visitors
Set a greeting message and saved replies, so your team can answer quickly.
